This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training Courses &amp; Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration fees for courses, workshops, and training programs are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once the course has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a participant requests cancellation <strong>before the course start date<\/strong>, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees, provided the request is submitted at least <strong>[X days]<\/strong> in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or partial attendance.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Program Cancellation by EUMENA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that EUMENA cancels or postpones a course or training program, registered participants will be given the option to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer their registration to a future session of the same or similar program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consulting Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fees paid for consulting services are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once the service has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a consulting engagement is canceled by EUMENA before delivery, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital Content &amp; Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments for digital materials, recorded sessions, or downloadable content are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, unless technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptional Circumstances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a <strong>case-by-case basis<\/strong> at the sole discretion of EUMENA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to <strong>info@eumena.net<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EUMENA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
