Refund policy
At EUMENA – Center for Development Research & Policy, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all our training programs, courses, and consulting services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Training Courses & Workshops
Registration fees for courses, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable once the course has started.
If a participant requests cancellation before the course start date, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees, provided the request is submitted at least [X days] in advance.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or partial attendance.
Program Cancellation by EUMENA
In the event that EUMENA cancels or postpones a course or training program, registered participants will be given the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Transfer their registration to a future session of the same or similar program.
Consulting Services
Fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If a consulting engagement is canceled by EUMENA before delivery, a full refund will be issued.
Digital Content & Materials
Payments for digital materials, recorded sessions, or downloadable content are non-refundable, unless technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EUMENA.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days
